Insurance Windscreen Claim

Auto Glass Venture is honored to be appointed by the following insurance companies in Singapore to provide their policyholders with a fast and hassle free windscreen claim process.

All you need to do is call us and we will assist you to rectify your glass problem soonest possible.



We also will be able to assist you if you are insured with India International Insurance, UOI, ERGO (formerly SHC) Insurance, etc.

For all other insurance companies not listed here, please feel free to call us and we will be glad to assist and advise you accordingly.



Required documents for insurance windscreen claim:

For Passenger Vehicles
  1. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  2. Driver's Identification (NRIC, Passport, EP, S Pass, WP, Etc)
  3. Valid Driver's Driving Licence
  4. Company's rubber stamp if vehicle is registered under company's name
  5. Excess Payable (If applicable)
  6. Police Report (If applicable - ie. Break-in, Parked & Discovered Damaged)

For Commercial Vehicles
  1. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
  2. Driver's Identification (NRIC, Passport, EP, S Pass, WP, Etc)
  3. Valid Driver's Driving Licence
  4. Company's rubber stamp if vehicle is registered under company's name
  5. Excess Payable (If applicable)
  6. Police Report (If applicable - ie. Break-in, Parked & Discovered Damaged)
